Earning and Redeeming Reward Points
Your card is important and it is unique to you. Please carry your card during all your visits to Hero dealerships or service centres. You will need your card to earn reward points on your spends, which you can accumulate to reach the program milestones. To help you keep track of your points, you will be provided a Points Statement after every transaction. When you have reached your milestone, please present your card and collect your milestone gift from your dealer*.

HOW TO ENROLL IN HERO GOODLIFE PROGRAM
The Hero GoodLife Program offers you great rewards, benefits and a range of exciting gifts, chosen especially for you. Becoming member of this exclusive program is simple and easy. All you need to be a resident Indian national, aged 18 years or above and you should be an owner of Hero scooter or motorcycle. Simply follow the steps outlined below and you can start experiencing the privileges of being a member of India’s largest rewards program.
- Fill the fresh online application at the dealership. If you are a Hero Passport member, kindly submit the Passport at the dealership.
- For three years membership and one year insurance cover pay a nominal membership fee of Rs. 150, or for three years membership and 3 years insurance cover pay Rs. 250.

Upgradation Process for existing Hero Passport members
Our Customer Relationship Executive will help you with the conversion process at any authorized Hero outlet. Simply fill in a fresh online application and deposit your Hero Passport along with a nominal fee and you will receive your Hero GoodLife card in a short span.
